The short version. Lulla collects nothing. There is no Lulla account, no Lulla server, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs of any kind. What you log is stored on your iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. Nobody at Tepoyan Solutions can see it, and neither can anyone else unless you invite them.
Nothing. Not an email address, not a name, not a device identifier, not a crash report, not a usage event. Lulla has no analytics SDK, no attribution SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting SDK linked into it. There is no server that belongs to us for your data to reach.
Concretely, all of the following stay on your device:
If you are signed in to iCloud, Lulla mirrors your entries into your own private iCloud database, in a container Apple provides for the app. This is what makes your data survive a lost phone, and what makes sharing with a partner possible.
That container belongs to your Apple Account, not to us. We have no access to it and no way to read what is in it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
If you are not signed in to iCloud, or you turn iCloud off for Lulla, the app works exactly the same and your entries simply stay on the phone. The only thing you lose is sharing with a partner.
Inviting another caregiver creates an Apple CloudKit share — a link that grants that person's Apple Account access to the same private database. It is an invitation, not a public link: only the people you invite can open it, and you can revoke it at any time from Settings.
When you share, the other person can see everything logged for that household, and their entries appear on your phone. That is the point of the feature. Revoking the share stops the exchange; your own complete copy stays on your phone and can be re-shared.
Lulla Complete is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details, your name or your address. What we receive from Apple is an anonymous confirmation that a purchase exists, which the app checks on your device to unlock the paid features. Apple's own handling of that transaction is covered by their privacy policy.

There is no other path. In particular there is no path on which anything reaches a server run by Tepoyan Solutions, because there is no such server.
Lulla is an app for parents. It is not directed at children, it is not in the Kids Category, and children do not use it. The information you record is about your baby, and it never leaves the places described above.
Lulla reports what you logged. It does not interpret it, does not predict anything, and does not assess whether anything is normal. Nothing in the app or in any report it produces is medical advice, and it is not a medical device. Talk to your paediatrician.
Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes every entry and every child from the phone and from your iCloud database, immediately. There is one confirmation and no questions. Nothing is retained, and nothing is recoverable afterwards — which is deliberate, because the point of the action is that it is complete.
Deleting the app also removes its local data. Your iCloud copy is removed by Apple when you delete Lulla's data from your iCloud settings, or by using the in-app action above before deleting the app.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Because the app collects nothing, any change that mattered would be a change to the app itself, and it would be described in the release notes as well as here.
